Well Bread! is a small supplier of Artisan Breads and baked goods, local to Brixham in glorious South Devon.
We specialise in Organic Sourdoughs, made with Spelt and Rye, as well as Sweet and Savoury Rolls, Ciabatta and Focaccia.
We also make savoury snacks in a variety of flavours.

Shapeshifting

Don't panic, it's not part of my latest Sci-Fi novel, but a cunning plan to vary the shape of my Spelt loaves for Oats.

We have tried the Bloomer,


now we are onto the Split Tin,

 
 

so we'll have to see how that goes.
